Use Nepal days consistently
Weekly aggregation explicitly converts timestamps to Asia/Kathmandu.
The tradeoff
UTC storage and local reporting boundaries must be tested together.
Separate self-service from administrative control
Interns can view their own attendance; administrators set or clear attendance marks. Timesheet approval is admin-only.
